Membership Registration is now open
- Registration for the 2022 season is now open and we are using a new online registration process. Payment is by credit card only (VISA, Mastercard).
- The Online registration form is available on the Membership page of the website.
- Early Bird Deadline for reduced membership fees is Saturday May 15. We anticipate high registration numbers, so please take advantage of the early bird rates.
New Court Booking Limits and Rules
- We have established new court booking rules, which are described in more detail on the club website. See: https://tuxedotennis.com/membership/
- In general, it provides for a limit of court bookings for casual play to provide universal accessibility, with opened up bookings to fill open court times after the initial restricted access time expires. This is explained in the web site and we expect it will become clear as members use the booking system.
- All court time allocations for singles and double play are now up to 90 minutes, which members book in 30 minute increments. (You can book 30, 60 or 90 minutes for casual play.)
- We are expanding the court times in the day by starting play at 7:30am and extending evening court time to 10:30pm sharp for members, on all courts.
Drop-in Programs, Weekend fun tournaments, Free Clinic
- See the Programs page of the website for details.
- New this year, Weekend fun tournaments are scheduled for each weekend. Sign up is week to week, and the club will do the matchups and court assignments, to allow for social tennis mixing and court to court movement between timed matches.
- The popular Drop-in programs will continue
- Free Clinics for members Tuesday evening, pre-registration required
FAST Program
- FAST Program is available for members and non members. Information is available on the Lessons page of the website.
- The first of 4 sessions starts May 19, 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
- Registration opens May 1, 2022.
Guests
- The public is welcome. Guest usage of the club is limited to 3 occasions per season and the fee for the day is $15.
- All guests are required to complete TTC’s online Guest Sign-In form and waiver prior to playing and check-in with staff upon arrival. See the Membership page of the website to access the form.
- Free guest passes are discontinued.
COVID Protocols
- Masks are required inside the clubhouse.
- Members and guests must not visit the club if they have Covid or symptoms of Covid as per TTC Information and Rules (see the Membership page for the complete TTC Information and Rules document)
